New Student Enrollment: Account Request
This form is the first step to enrolling your new student online. Complete it to request an account that you will use to log in to a secure Online Enrollment system.
 
BEFORE CREATING AN ACCOUNT HERE, If you have not already done so, please visit our enrollment page for information related to the type of enrollment for your student.
 
Please fill out all enrollment fields with accurate information including attaching required enrollment documents. You will need to upload an electronic copy/picture of the following documents for enrollment:
  • Student’s birth certificate or passport
  • Proof of Residency (a gas, water, or electric bill for your current residence)
  • The ID of all parents or legal guardians for the student
  • Student’s current immunizations
  • Student’s Social Security Card (optional)
  • Any other documentation that applies to your student (ex. Special Education, Gifted and Talented, LPAC paperwork, transcripts, report cards, guardianship paperwork, etc.)
 
If your required documents are not attached, it could result in a delay in enrollment processing. 
 
After completing the information below, if you do not receive an email with the account information and instructions within 24 hours, check your SPAM folder. You can submit a help request to the Technology Helpdesk.
